Jack attended a baby shower in his honor on October 20th. He was very popular! He was passed around the whole time, and I only got to hold him when it was time for a diaper change. He charmed everyone of course with his good behavior-- he slept the whole time!
We got a lot of good presents. Formula and wipes and toys and blankets--all things we really needed. It was really fun-- for one game, different candy bars were melted into diapers, and we had to guess what kind of candy bar each one was. Very funny and disgusting! I wish someone had a picture of all of us sniffing what looked like very dirty diapers...
On Thursday, Jack went to his 2 week Well Baby appointment. He is growing like a weed! The doctor said he has great muscle tone, and he had gained 2 pounds and grown 2 inches since we were last at the doctors office! All of his newborn clothes are starting to fit really well--which I suppose means he'll be growing out of them in the next week or so!
